Project Goal:
Create sustainable income opportunities for women and youth by turning recycled textiles into marketable products in Tavush border communities.
Objectives:
Establish shared textile production spaces in 3 villages.
Train women and youth in textile upcycling, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing.
Reduce textile waste through circular-economy practices.
Support participants in producing and selling locally made products.
Create a sustainable community enterprise model.
Target Beneficiaries:
Women & girls • Youth (16–35) • Children • Local artisans & communities
